Billing and renewal
At Nebus, you pay in advance for a period of your choice. Nothing is charged automatically: you extend whenever you want.
Extending your panel
In the client area, open your panel: the Extend block offers 1, 3 or 6 months. The new period is added to the current due date, not to today's date: extending early does not lose you anything.
Prices are net: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Your invoices
Each payment results in a numbered invoice (F-2026-0001…), which you can download as a PDF from Invoices or from your panel's page. It shows the period covered, the details (plan, dedicated IP option, discount) and the PayPal payment reference.
The details printed on the invoice are the ones entered when ordering. You can change them in My account (name, company, address, VAT number for businesses): the change applies to subsequent invoices; an invoice that has been issued never changes.
If you are refunded (withdrawal, failed installation, goodwill gesture), we issue a numbered credit note (AV-2026-0001…) that cancels all or part of the invoice: the original invoice itself does not change. The credit note is e-mailed to you as a PDF and appears in Invoices, next to the invoice concerned. The refund is made to your original payment method (PayPal) and usually shows up within a few days.
Invoices are issued in French, the issuer's legal language. If your account uses another language, their headings are bilingual. The language of the client area and of our e-mails can be changed in My account or at the bottom of every page.
What happens on the due date?
| When | Panel status |
|---|---|
| Up to 3 days after the due date | It works normally: this is the grace period. |
| 3 days after the due date | Suspended: panel and servers stopped, data kept. A renewal reactivates it within moments. |
| 10 days after suspension | Permanently deleted: servers, files, backups, database. This step cannot be undone. |
E-mail reminders
Since nothing is charged automatically, we notify you at your account's e-mail address: 7 days and then the day before the due date, on the day it passes, on suspension, and then 3 days before deletion. Each payment is also confirmed by e-mail, with the invoice attached.
If you do not intend to renew, download your backups before deletion: we cannot recover the data afterwards.
Changing plan
On your panel's page in the client area, the Change plan block shows the other plans with, for each one, what the change costs. It is available on an active panel paid for at least one more hour, with no other change in progress.
- Higher plan: you only pay the price difference between the two plans, prorated over the time left until your expiry date (€1 minimum), via PayPal, with an invoice. The expiry date does not change; later renewals are at the price of the new plan.
- Lower plan: nothing to pay and nothing is refunded. The value of the time left is converted at the price of the new plan, which moves your expiry date later: for example, 15 days left on Nova (€9.99/month) become about 21 days on Blaze (€6.99/month).
The change is applied automatically: your panel and game servers restart (2 to 5 minutes), then an e-mail confirms your new resources. Your servers, files and databases are kept.
A downgrade is refused with nothing changed if your files take up more than the new disk. The e-mail tells you how much space to free; do it, then try again. The limits given to your servers in the panel never block a change (over-allocation).
Add a dedicated IP
The dedicated IP option can also be added to an existing panel, from the Add a dedicated IP block of the panel's page. You pay for it prorated until your expiry date (€1 minimum); it is then included in your renewals. Once the IP is assigned (right away if an address is available in our stock, otherwise usually 10 to 20 minutes), the panel restarts in dedicated-IP mode: your servers keep their ports but change address (the new IP), and SFTP moves to port 2022 of the IP. An e-mail gives you the address: pass it on to your players. To remove the option, contact us.
